- 0:00 — If you’re selling any kind of product or an app, you know that these UGC videos is how you get tons of customers. It’s exactly how these apps here are blowing up and making millions of dollars in revenue from simple UGC videos that you see every day on social media. But the problem is hiring UGC creators can set you back thousands of dollars. But now with the release of C Dance 2.0, you can create UGC videos that are super realistic, can hold any product that you want in any situation for a fraction of the price. But the massive unlock is when you combine the power C Dance 2.0
- 0:30 — with Claude to automatically clone your competitor’s video. So you simply drop in a competitor’s video, you add your product, and the agent will recreate the entire video with your product and a new script completely on autopilot. So in this video, I’m going to show you how to set this up and how to give Claude the superpower so you can start creating winning ads and bring more sales to your business. And you can do this even if you’re a beginner, you don’t need to know how to code cuz we’re going to be doing all this using natural language. So let’s dive in. All right, so C Dance 2.0 was just released last week and it
- 1:00 — has been going viral and it’s truly one of the best video models that I’ve ever seen. So if you’ve been playing around with UGC videos, you’re going to notice that a lot of the AI models, they look very plasticky and they look kind of fake, right? But with C Dance 2.0, the quality is just insanely good. The way that the avatar moves, the detail of the skin is just so human. Now we’re going to take advantage of this technology and we’re not going to just create random videos, but we’re going to create UGC videos that can drive more revenue to your products. And that is the main focus of this video and that’s what I’m
- 1:31 — going to help you achieve today. Now there are two tools that we’re going to be using today. One is the Claude desktop app. So if you don’t have this yet, go ahead and download it for free and you’re going to land on this page and you’re going to see three different tabs here, chat, co-work, and code. So we’re going to be using code today cuz it’s much more capable than co-work. I mean, you can do it with co-work, but I feel like code will give you better results especially when you’re building things. And I also find that co-work tends to eat up a lot of your tokens quickly. So I think Claude code is a better option here. And don’t worry, you don’t need to know how to code. We’re
- 2:01 — going to do every single thing here with just natural language and just prompt, all right? So I’m going to close this. Now the second tool that we’re going to need to generate the video is C Dance 2.0 and you’re going to access that through Arcads. So I’m going to show you guys how to connect Claude code with Arcads and how those two tools will talk to each other. But first, I want to start by showing you guys a couple of videos that I was able to generate with C Dance 2.0 within Arcads. So first step you want to take is just to sign up for an account in Arcads. And once you’re in, you’re going to land on this dashboard here and you can see a couple
- 2:31 — of videos that I have generated within Arcads and I want to show you what it’s able to do. So I found this video on TikTok and this is a UGC video promoting a sofa and and basically I wanted C Dance to replace the sofa with another one, right? So let me play this real quick. I just found the best sofa ever. This is the Gaia sofa from Cozy in the Flax Haven fabric and the best part is that it has fully removable and washable slipcovers. It took us no time to assemble, no tools needed. » All right, so as you can see, this is a grayish color sofa and let’s say I want
- 3:02 — to replace this sofa with a green one, but I want to maintain all the other aesthetics like the room, the carpet, and everything else. And I’ve got the picture of the sofa here that I want to replace it with. And what I did was just take the video, the reference video, and also the picture of the sofa that I want to replace with and just drag it into Arcads. There you go. And what you can do now is you can prompt it replace the sofa in {slash} video one. So it’s going to allow you to reference this video with sofa in {slash} image one.
- 3:33 — All right, as simple as that. And you want to make sure that if you click on settings here, you want to make sure that the model is C Dance 2.0 and length is about 10 seconds, which is okay. And resolution, you have a couple of options, but I’ll just I’ll just keep it at 720. Audio enabled cuz you want that voiceover as well. And I’ll just fire it off. And in a few minutes, this is what I get. This is the Gaia sofa from Cozy in the Flax Haven fabric and the best part is that it has fully removable and washable slipcovers. So as you can see, it has maintained all the other details of the room, the
- 4:03 — carpet, the table, but it changed the sofa as I requested. And if you guys want to see, this is actually the original video with the beige sofa and this is what the output is, which is pretty crazy. Next, what I did was I just fed it this fashion collage of, you know, some clothing here with a purse, with the shoes, and everything. And I asked it to create a UGC style video with a model wearing it for Instagram. And here’s what I got.
- 4:40 — Well, just look at that. And if I put the original image here, you can see that it got everything pretty much correctly. It’s got the earrings here, the watch, the shoes is not visible here, the the purse, and also the glasses as well. And all of this is just from a simple prompt, use image one and create an influencer style UGC video for Instagram shot using iPhone film with natural lighting. Now of course, you can get more detail if you prompt it more. For example, if you want the influencer to start the video by wearing the jacket or wearing the glasses, you can do that
- 5:10 — as well with more prompting. And I actually did that as well and this is what we get. I mean, just look at the detail here on the face. I wouldn’t be able to tell if this is AI or a real human, right? And by the way, I put this at 1080p as a quality. So that’s why you get really, really good detail here. And for this one, my prompt was basically create a UGC video for Instagram using this image and make the model wear the jacket and then the glasses on screen, natural lighting,
- 5:41 — iPhone quality. And if you notice, this has no audio cuz I just wanted to show you how this looks like if you give it more prompt, but I actually created another one with the same exact model and a voiceover as well cuz you see this kind of format in TikTok as well. So I’m going to play this. I’ve been obsessed with this jacket. It’s so comfortable and goes with basically anything you’re wearing and it just completes the look with these sunglasses. I’ve been obsessed Now if you look at the prompt closely here, I actually referenced the original video without the audio just to
- 6:12 — give it context so that it doesn’t produce a completely different avatar, right? So I think the beauty about C Dance here is that you can actually include reference images and videos to give it more context so you can actually steer the AI to produce something that is closer to what you want, right? So using video one, add a voiceover. So I wanted to take the same exact video, but just add a voiceover to it. And if you notice here, I’ve added the exact script that I wanted to say as well and it did that perfectly. Now the next one is this girl here who is just showing off her
- 6:43 — luggage. It’s a purple luggage and let’s say you want to take this video, you want to promote your own luggage and you like everything here except you want to swap out the purple luggage with your own. And this is what we get. Yeah, so everything is the same except for the luggage. If I look at the original video, you can see that the luggage is completely swapped out and it even removed the black bag on the luggage as well. Now what if you want to promote an app, for example? So I’ve got
- 7:14 — this app, for example, Sincerely. So I just did a quick screen recording of the app on my phone just for reference and then I put this into Arcads as well. So if I go back to Arcads and I have that screen recording uploaded here and if you notice, my prompt is a bit more elaborate this time cuz I want it to do certain things, right? Create a UGC style video with voiceover, blah blah blah, right? This is the script that I wanted to say. Uh the mood should be neutral. Video should open with influencer sitting on her bed just typing on her phone and camera hard cuts
- 7:44 — to behind her over her shoulder and she’s typing on her phone with video one here showing on her phone, natural light, iPhone quality. And this is good if you already have some sort of idea on what you want in the video. And with this prompt, here’s what we get. » believe I didn’t know about this app sooner. Whenever I’m feeling lonely, I can just write my thoughts and another person is there to listen. I’ve been getting a lot of support and it’s helped me improve my mental health. I can’t believe I didn’t know about » Yeah, if you notice, it actually did all the scenes that I asked it to do. So you
- 8:15 — start with her sitting on the bed, have a shot from this angle here over her shoulder and she’s showing the app on her phone and she’s actually typing here. You can see that it’s actually typing and it’s using the screen recording that I fed it. It actually placed it inside the iPhone here, which is pretty perfect in my opinion. All right, so if I scroll down more, okay, so I think this angle is a bit weird. I mean, if you find things like this, you can just bring this video over to your editor and just clip it out. And if I move on, I think this is a
- 8:46 — better angle. So definitely really, really good. All right, so now you’ve seen how good these videos can get, but now the problem is that everything here is manual. You have to find out what video you want to create, you have to put that in here, you got to think about the script, what you want it to say, and there’s a lot of manual work here. And after all that, you still don’t know if the video is going to perform. Now I believe that the cheat code here is to take whatever’s already working for other products. You want to copy that concept and adapt it to your own product or your app. Now the good news is that I have already built an AI agent on Claude
- 9:16 — code to automate this entire process. And here’s the high-level picture of how this whole thing works. So first, you want to find a winning ad on TikTok Creative Center or on Meta Ads. But basically, this is a place where you can kind of spy what ads other people are running and how they’re performing. And I still can’t believe that this is actually public information. And when you find a video that you want to copy, download it, feed that into Claude code and the AI agent will actually analyze everything. It will watch the video, it
- 9:46 — will listen to the audio, the script, and kind of figure out why that video works. Next, you want to drop in your product or your app that you want to promote and Claude will actually create the script based on the winning video and recreate everything adapted to your product. And then it will automatically talk to ArKads here through an API and generate the videos automatically. And now I want to show you how to do it step-by-step. By the way, if you like this ideas, you’re only seeing the tip of the iceberg cuz I’m always digging into new business ideas, especially things that you can build using AI that
- 10:16 — makes money. But honestly, I can’t turn every single idea into YouTube video. So a lot of the best ideas don’t make it to the channel, but they go straight to my newsletter instead. This is where I track and share fresh business ideas, ideas that are already making people money. So if you want to be the first to know about these before they go mainstream, join my free newsletter. It’s completely free, link down below. Now, first things first, you want to set up Claude here. So once you’re here, you want to make sure that you’re connected to a local folder. You want to go down here and click on this icon and you’re going to be able to connect this to a folder on your computer. So you can just
- 10:47 — create any folder you want. So everything that is related to creating UGC videos is going to live in this folder. And you also want to do this to keep things organized and also not mess around with other files on your computer. So I have this folder that I want to select Claude X UGC. So everything will be saved here and then click open and you see that it populate here. And for the model, I’m just going to pick Sound 4.6. You don’t need Opus for this. And the next step is to install the skill, right? So this is a superpower that will give Claude the ability to clone those videos, right?
- 11:17 — Now, I’ve actually created that skill for you and you can just download it here in this repo here. By the way, this is free for you guys to skill basically teaches Claude how this entire workflow works, right? So whenever you have a task, you don’t have to re-explain the context every single time. Hey, I want to create UGC videos. It should look like this. So with this skill, it already knows what you’re trying to do and it will just get to work every time you have a new project, right? So in order to install the skill, you can just grab the URL, go back to Claude, and
- 11:47 — just write “Clone this repo into my machine.” And just paste in that link here. And then hit enter. All right. So now that is done, it has installed the skill. Now the next thing you want to do is you want to go to ArKads and you want to grab the public API key. So this allows Claude code to actually connect to ArKads behind the scenes and allows it to create videos without us having to manually go into ArKads and prompting it. Now to get the API key, you can simply go to settings
- 12:18 — and under public API, you can generate your API keys here. And basically, you want to grab all of these information and bring it over to Claude. So basically, I have pasted the information here and what I’m telling it to do is just to make sure that these are the correct API keys and also test the connection. And I’m also going to ask it to save this in a .env file. This way my API keys are not just floating out there cuz if this chat goes public, then anybody can access your API key. So I’m going to rotate these keys right after this
- 12:49 — video, but this is just good practice. Hit enter. And it looks like everything is good. So everything is saved. ArKads is connected as well. API is working. And now we’re ready to go. All right. So let’s run through some examples here. Let’s say you found this video that is going viral on social media and you want to clone it. And you want to use this kind of vibe to promote your own product, right? So let me play you this video first so you know what we’re working with. Just got this packaging from Adidas and wanted to do a quick unboxing. I saw these on the site the other day and was immediately obsessed. They are the perfect neutral shoe. They
- 13:21 — are the Handball » So it’s a basically just a UGC video uh her in the bedroom and she’s just unboxing a shoe and then just showing off the shoe. So I’ve got that video saved here in a specific folder for this product. And I also have a picture of the shoe box that I just grabbed from Google cuz I want the AI to show this box as well. And I also have the pair of shoes that I wanted to replace with, right? So I’ve got three things here basically, the shoe box, the shoe, and
- 13:51 — also the reference video. So what I can do now is I can just grab these three files here like this and then just drag and drop it into Claude. Just like that. And just start prompting it. Hey, I want to replace the shoes and shoe box in the ref video with the provided images. And as simple as that, just hit enter. Now it’s going to analyze the video. It’s going to extract everything and understand
- 14:21 — what the reference video is about and then it’s going to give you or ask you for the next step. Now in just about a few seconds, this is what we got. So it was able to watch the original video and understand the context of it. So if you click on read five files here, it was able to extract the frames of that video. And we can see that by reading the analysis here. So reference video breakdown, it’s 21 seconds, bedroom setting, what are the elements that exist in the video, the character, woman late 20s, the camera and the beat structure. And beat structure is
- 14:52 — basically what happens in every couple of seconds. So from zero to two seconds, this is what happened and then next five seconds, this is what happens. And it was able to transcribe the video as well. So it knows what was being said in the video. And here’s where the magic happens. So it’s able to adapt and use the vibe from this original video and create a brand new prompt for your product. And this is the exact prompt that is going to give to ArKads to produce that video with C Dance, right? So 15 seconds, vertical video, cozy bedroom, blah blah
- 15:22 — blah. Now the next paragraph is she’s holding the image to a Loafer Randall Craft brown size shoe box. So this is the the shoe box that we’re asking it to replace with. And it even gives you the things that are going to happen in every second. Now just to make the video better, it’s added some more context here. I want this to be warm, genuine, relatable energy. This is about a girl that is sharing a find with her followers. So it needs to be like iPhone quality and very natural and no on-screen text, no captions, no subtitles, right? And I’ll just prompt
- 15:53 — it. Go ahead and run it. All right. So that is done. That took about four minutes. And if I go back to the folder here, you’ll find that it saved the MP4 file here. And let me play this for you. Just got this in from Loeffler Randall and I had to do an unboxing. I saw these on the site and was immediately obsessed. They go with literally everything. The perfect shoe. And if I just play this side-by-side
- 16:23 — with the original, you’ll see that it is pretty similar. But I think the lighting on the video that we generated is a bit better. It’s a bit warmer here where this one is a bit blown out. But you get a very very similar vibe. And I just want to make sure that the script was also generated correctly. So let me just play the last part here. literally everything. The perfect shoe. So the perfect shoe. And if I go back to the script that was suggested, and yep, the perfect shoe. So it followed the script correctly. And I I think it’s pretty
- 16:53 — mind-blowing to get this result in the first try. Now if you want to be particular about this, of course, the video is not perfect, right? There are some things that I noticed that can be better. For example, the model here is actually standing up and here she is sitting down. So I actually ran the prompt a second time and I asked it to make the model stand up so it’s more similar to the original. Here’s what I got. » Just got this from Jason. Had to do a quick unboxing. I saw these and was immediately obsessed. Look at this.
- 17:23 — They are the perfect everyday sneaker, the J and A Classics. Honestly, they go with everything. Year-round shoe. So a lot better and I also think that her speech is flows more naturally here. So there will be flaws and it’s not going to be perfect. The videos that you see online are usually edited. That’s one workaround. Like if you see something that is not natural, so let’s say like her hand, maybe it’s funky on certain time frames, you can just cut it out or you can just ask it to regenerate. And that is just a limitation that we have
- 17:53 — to work with. But just imagine the time that you’re saving to produce this kind of video. You don’t have to work with influencers and you are producing all this content for a fraction of the price. So I’m going to give you a couple more examples that I was able to generate. So here’s another video that I tried to clone earlier. So let me play this video real quick. Yeah. So it’s just a video about um her promoting a hat. So let’s say I want to replace this hat with my own. So I went
- 18:24 — ahead and just created a fictional hat here and I just did this real quick on Nano Banana, dropped it into Claude along with this reference video. And here is what we got. Yeah. I think it’s pretty spot on, isn’t it? And look at the steering wheel, the detail here and here. It’s It’s got that oily texture that makes it real. And the fact that this was shot on an an iPhone
- 18:56 — and in the car, it makes it really authentic and really good for TikTok or Instagram. Now this next example is for an app. So there’s this video of uh an influencer promoting an app. So it’s called Sincerely and she’s just talking on the camera. And you can see that the lighting is pretty bad. And she got this green screen effect where she’s talking and the app is behind her. Now one limitation here is that you’re not able to uh do the green screen cropped effect here unless you produce the video and then you bring it over to
- 19:27 — your editing software and just do it that way. But we found a workaround and I will show you what that looks like. So I’m going to play the video. I made the mistake of downloading slowly. Don’t use it unless you’re willing to be genuinely honest. Writing to strangers with no judgement from people you know made me unafraid to say how I truly felt. The responses I got back were from people who actually understood. I’ve So I was able to do the back and forth with Claude to achieve something like this. So it do a split screen of the app showing on the top and then the and the avatar on the bottom here, which is a very common format that you’ll see on
- 19:57 — TikTok. So, this works out really well and all I did was again, I fed it this reference video along with just a screenshot of this app here called Slowly so that it’s able to just attach it on top of the avatar and also uh screen recording of the app. So, I just browsed through the app on my phone, recorded it and then put it here so that it can create this video here. Now, I also asked Claude to produce another variation of the video but using a completely different avatar but also for
- 20:28 — the same app and this is what I got. » I found this app called Sincerely when I was going through something and just needed somewhere to put it. Every night at 8:00 p.m. you get three letters from real people going through their own stuff. Anonymous, no one who knows you, zero judgment. You can write back, send support. It’s free. It genuinely helps. » Yeah, so I think this is a lot cleaner where there’s a back and forth between the full avatar and then the app and then going back to the avatar again. And also I think the lighting here makes it more natural cuz I think the goal here is to make it less polished and I think
- 20:58 — that’s how you make it so that it looks less like AI. Now, here’s another shoe video. This is the original on the right. Let me play this real quick. So extremely comfortable. These are the cutest shoes. Okay, look at this color. I love it. I feel like it screams Christmas platform. » And I put this into Claude and just gave it a new pair of shoes, basically different colors and here’s what we got. » We’ve got to check these out. So comfortable. These are the cutest shoes. Okay, look at this color. I love it. Chunky sole, arch support cushion and
- 21:28 — multiple colors to choose from. They’re lightweight, so easy to walk in, really really comfortable. Yep, so totally new script, new product and similar model, similar vibe and I think the quality is just insane. Now, I mentioned earlier that one big limitation to C Dance 2.0 is that you’re only limited to 15-second videos like this and most of the time you want to create longer videos. But sometimes if you create videos separately, let’s the AI probably won’t look the same and the script is going to be off, right? But with the scale that you have installed
- 21:59 — in Claude code, it’s able to actually do that seamlessly. Let’s take this video for example. So, this is the video that we created earlier and as you can see here, this is only 15 seconds and let’s say I want to expand this and I want to make this 30 seconds. So, I need another 15 seconds of it, right? I want to make sure that the script flows nicely and obviously I want the same person throughout the 30-second video. So, what I can do now is I can feed this to Claude and I can ask it to, hey, I want to extend this video to 30 seconds. So, what it’s going to do is going to take this video and it’s going
- 22:29 — to redo the entire script cuz if you just add a new script for the second clip, it’s not going to flow well. So, it’s going to redo the entire script, have you approve it and it’s going to fire off to Arcads. Now, what’s going to happen in the back end is it’s it’s going to create two separate jobs. So, it’s going to create the first clip and the second clip and it’s going to take those clips back to Claude and Claude is actually going to stitch those two videos together and give you one video file that is 30 seconds. You don’t have to go back to your editor and try to stitch things together but Claude is going to be the one who is going to edit
- 23:00 — those two files together and give you one final output. So, what you can do now is you can grab this video into Claude and you can say something like, I want a 30-second version of this video instead, rewrite the script, I want the same model and the same exact vibe. And you can go ahead and hit go and it’s going to ask you to approve the script once again. Now, I’m going to fast forward and just show you what the video looks like when it’s done. All right, so the left side here is the 30-second video and here is the original 15-second video. So, let me play this one for you. Just got this
- 23:30 — from Jason, had to do a quick unboxing. I saw these and was immediately obsessed. Look at this. They are the perfect everyday sneaker, the J&A Classics. Honestly, they go with everything. Year-round shoe. The sole on this is insane. So soft, like walking on memory foam all day and the material genuinely soft, not stiff at all, zero break-in period. My feet were comfortable from the very first wear. Also totally washable, I threw mine in the washing machine and they came out looking brand new. Honestly, you need these. Link in bio. Yep, so as you can
- 24:00 — see, Claude did all the stitching and it made it into one complete video and I think it looks really good but I’m not going to lie, if you notice in the middle here, I think this looks kind of funky the way that she’s holding the shoe. So again, this is a limitation that or the flaw that uh I mentioned earlier. When you’re generating these type of videos, you will run into these issues but of course when the model gets better and better, it’s going to be less. But if you run into this issue like this, you can just simply download it and cut this off or
- 24:30 — just ask Claude to generate a fresh new video. But now you’ll see that this actually opens up the door to many different things. We can now bypass the 15-second limitation and we can expand it to 30 seconds or even a minute or 2 minutes if you want to as long as you give it enough context and maybe you can even ask her to walk around the house going to a different room and try out different things. And all of this you can just communicate with Claude using natural language. You don’t have to code anything. Claude is doing all the heavy lifting including the
- 25:00 — prompting and I think it’s just amazing what we have today. Now, if you guys want to try this out for yourself, you can try C Dance 2.0 inside of Arcads. You can use the link that I provided below. It will give you the best deal on your subscription and also don’t forget to download the Claude scale here, which is free, which allows you to automate a lot of the things that I just showed you in the video. All right, now you guys know how to create all these UGC videos. If you guys want to learn how to build apps without knowing how to code. I just made a video on how I was able to build an app that’s making $400,000 a month without touching a single line of code using Claude. And if you want to watch
- 25:30 — that video, click here and I’ll see you there.
